It was one of those sunny afternoons where everything feels light… until it wasn’t.
I’ll never forget the moment I got the call — the kind of call that changes everything. My mother had collapsed mid-speech. Her heart had stopped without warning. No signs. No time to prepare. Just silence. My world paused in that instant.
A close friend was with her and jumped into action, performing CPR while every second felt like an eternity. The paramedics arrived twenty minutes later — and on the third attempt, they got a heartbeat. It felt like a miracle… but she was now on life support. And no one knew why.
Despite countless tests, Western medicine had no explanation. But I knew, deep down, that something bigger was going on.
That moment — that wake-up call — became the beginning of a journey I never expected to take. I started to really look at what we feed our hearts. Not just with food, but with thoughts. With emotions. With the content we scroll. The people we’re around. The way we breathe, or don’t. I realized how much of our stress, anxiety, and physical illness is tied to what we consume — mind, body, and soul.
That’s where the KIMITH Brand was born.
Not just from heartbreak — but from healing.
Our mission is rooted in heart health, but not the typical way. We're here to shift culture. To teach and inspire practices like meditation, breathwork, movement, nutrition, sound, and self-love — all the things I wish I had known before everything changed.
