KIMITH RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At KIMITH, we’re obsessed with making sure you feel confident and empowered in everything you wear. We  provide store credit or exchange only on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Because when it comes to your wellness wardrobe, we believe it should always work for you — in fit, feel, and vibe.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for store credit or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition - free of stains and/or odor

  • Final sale items are not eligible

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt)


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our team at Contactus@kimithbrand.com to request an authorization

  2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back using the instructions we’ll provide

  3. Once received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit code or your requested exchange (pending availability)


Please Note

  • No refunds will be issued to your original form of payment

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable
