orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of the order date, then sent out via USPS, FedEx or UPS.

most U.S. orders arrive 2 to 7 days from the day they are placed. international orders ship via DHL or USPS and usually arrive within 5 to 10 days.

U.S. orders over $125 ship free. for U.S. orders under $125 and international orders, shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. see our shipping policy for details.

we offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, free of stains and odor, with proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or receipt). final sale items are not eligible.

email Contactus@kimithbrand.com to request an authorization. once approved, ship your item back using the instructions we send. when it arrives and is approved, you will receive a store credit code or your exchange, pending availability.

return shipping is your responsibility unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect. original shipping fees are non-refundable.
